All Signs Point To Success: The State Of Zywave’s Newest Solution

Four weeks ago, we launched our newest product solution—Zywave’s Digital Marketing Suite. I’m excited to report that there’s been a notable amount of commotion and an impressive amount of interest since its introduction. This speaks to the overwhelming commitment of an industry that is constantly evolving and taking on new challenges. Even for an organization like Zywave, where expectations are consistently high, a new product launch carries with it uncertainties, and the hope for success involves some degree of faith. Clearly, this one hit the mark and is resonating with insurance brokers.

In the few short weeks we’ve been offering our new Digital Marketing Suite, here’s what we’ve seen and heard: Hundreds of brokers have attended our informational webinars, dozens more have asked for the recording so that they can get up to speed on our latest tool, and there is a burst of activities as brokers across the country want to know more. Agencies of all sizes are taking notice and really starting to understand the power of smart automation—cross-selling, account rounding and marketing is now hands-off and hassle-free.

Our Digital Marketing Suite is comprised of two solutions: Zywave’s flagship product, Broker Briefcase® P&C and Intygral. Broker Briefcase powers the most comprehensive content library in the industry, giving brokers access to marketing pieces ranging from compliance-related newsletters to employee safety manuals, and Intygral is a smart marketing platform that automatically mines a book of business for deep-selling opportunities, manages sales pipelines, sends messages to prospects and clients based on unique profiles and provides performance analysis in easy-to-understand dashboards.

We knew if we could revitalize Intygral, bring it into the Zywave family and combine it with the vast library of Broker Briefcase content, the result would be a marketing engine unmatched in the industry today.

When Intygral became part of the Zywave product suite a couple of months ago, it was incredibly promising and the start of something really big. We believe that the Digital Marketing Suite will be a catalyst for brokers to more effectively gain efficiencies and grow their bottom lines.

Despite the usual anxiety that comes with a product launch, there’s a reason why we look forward to it each and every time: Every new or improved product is a symbol of our ongoing commitment to insurance brokers. We know that brokers are facing challenges that are unique and more difficult than ever before.
