Some things are worth the wait, and we think BrokerageBuilder™ Professional users will agree that the new features in Zywave ReportCenter 2.0 tops this year’s list. With its release just around the corner, read on to learn about the tool’s enhancements, along with launch details and report conversion options.
New features
“We designed the next generation reporting tool with a focus on user-friendliness and added efficiencies, so we’re excited for our users to begin experiencing the improved usability in all aspects of the tool,” said Kelly Wiza, product director, agency management systems. She notes that in addition to being able to report on all BrokerageBuilder data — including Activities, Benchmarking, Carriers and RFPs/Proposals — other noteworthy features include:
- Whole new look and feel, with an interface similar to Excel® (and just as easy to use!)
- User-friendly design, including the ability to design reports via a wizard and a ramped-up HELP section complete with video tutorials
- Expanded functionality, allowing you to write conditional “if then” statements within reports, duplicate reports with the click of a button, and access even more Zywave® templates
- Elimination of Sub-Reports to further streamline reporting functionality
- Web-based platform allows you to access ReportCenter 2.0 right in BrokerageBuilder (without a separate installation process)
- Ability for multiple users within an agency to have access, while also allowing you to restrict access levels for certain individuals
- No required prerequisite training
Release and conversion
Zywave ReportCenter 2.0 will be available late October and is included at no charge for BrokerageBuilder™ Professional users. Please note that Zywave ReportCenter 1.0 and all 1.0 reports will remain available for nine months after launch but will no longer be supported post-launch.
