During the season of giving thanks, now is the perfect opportunity to showcase your superior service and the fact that your agency is there on a personal level. Now is the perfect opportunity to give thanks and give back to those who choose to work with your agency.

There are a number of ways you can show your customers that you are thankful this season—whether you are saying thank you for being a customer or giving back to the community with a charity event. As for actually showing it? Here are a few ways to say thank you, as a marketer.

E-mail Campaign
If you are struggling to find an idea for an e-mail campaign, the struggle ends here. Give thanks to your current clients in a short and sweet “thank you” e-mail.

Press Release
If your agency is actively involved in community events and charities, be sure to make these efforts noticeable. For example, let’s say that your agency held a canned food drive. Writing a press release about your efforts and the participation of your agency and clientele is a wonderful way to not only receive some press and recognition, but a chance to thank all who were involved.

Blog
Many agents find themselves struggling for blog content and topics. Take the time to write a THANK YOU post. Be sure to address those who have chosen to work with your agency and of course, share it on social media to spread the word.

Social Media
Speaking of social media, a simple tweet or Facebook status may be all it takes to give your customers a little recognition. This will certainly promote your agency’s “human” side.
