(“Zywave”), a leading provider of insurance software solutions, announced today that it has completed the purchase of the FutureOffice Network (“FON”) applications and the assets of the parent company, Davidson Marketing Group (“DMG”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Both Zywave and FON offer value-added technology solutions to help insurance brokers grow and maintain business.
Craig Davidson, founder of DMG, will be devoting more of his time to his other professional loves — teaching business at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and developing more industry thought and debate through his monthly column in Employee Benefit Adviser magazine. Davidson said, “Selling the FON tools to Zywave felt right to me, and with the inspired direction at Zywave, it will be a good home for our brokers and their employer clients.”
