Growing Technology Firm to Anchor 63,000 SF in New Class A Office Building

April 16, 2015 – Milwaukee – Zywave has announced it will expand its headquarters to 63,000 square feet in a new Class A multi-tenant office building in the Milwaukee County Research Park. A leading technology firm in the greater Milwaukee region, Zywave has experienced sustained job growth in the technology sector, driving the firm’s need for a new corporate headquarters in a contemporary office setting. Groundbreaking for the new office building is slated for early summer 2015, with opening targeted for spring 2016.

“Our new headquarters in the Milwaukee County Research Park is an ideal opportunity to be involved in the design of a modern facility that will meet the changing dynamics of today’s workforce and reflect the way that we infuse innovation to fuel novel, creative and smart thinking,” said Dave O’Brien, Chief Executive Officer of Zywave. “We are being thoughtful in our process to produce an environment that will facilitate the variety of ways that our teams work and showcase the  space to continue to attract top talent to our company and Greater Milwaukee as a whole,” said Dana Serrano, Vice President and General Counsel.

“We are fortunate to have a forward-thinking customer in Zywave,” said Tom Irgens, Vice President of Irgens. “We want to provide a modern business environment where they will continue their growth.”

Consistent with Zywave’s welcoming and innovative company culture, the new facility in the Class A, multi-tenant office building will feature a collaborative work environment, technology-driven design, and will be LEED-certified for environmental sustainability. Developed with efficient floor plates, space planning in the building allows for four times the employees in three times the space. On-site structured parking maximizes site density while preserving green space throughout the park. As a gateway project to the Milwaukee County Research Park, the new building will feature prominent visibility from Hwy 45 while providing convenient access to amenities, businesses, and services along Mayfair Road and in the Village of Wauwatosa.
