Tool allows brokers to seamlessly integrate their workflows with Zywave solutions

The tool, which comes bundled with the purchase of any insurance solution, assists brokers in integrating their workflows with Zywave solutions to provide an unmatched technology experience.
“Our goal with Zywave Home was to create a program that thinks like a broker would,” says Dave O’Brien, CEO of Zywave. “We have a wide suite of tools, so it can become habit to think ‘product-centric.’ Instead, we want to think ‘workflow-centric’ to help our partners with their day-to-day tasks.”
Weaving solutions and workflows
When a partner first logs in to Zywave Home, he or she is asked to complete a profile of what the partner does at his or her agency. “We want the experience of Zywave Home to be customized to what an individual wants and needs to see,” says Michelle Jackson, Product Director.
Upon saving his or her profile, the partner will discover actionable items that he or she currently does, such as preparing for a renewal, and the partner can find ways to execute on that within Zywave solutions. “Zywave Home acts as their guide for how to complete what they need to complete. If someone who is not familiar with our tools logs in and says ‘I need to get in front of a prospect,’ Zywave Home will show them where and how they can do that,” says Jackson.
Staying in the know
Zywave Home also allows partners to stay up to date on the latest industry news and trends, and they can discuss topics and share tips and insights with other brokers. “We saw an opportunity to not only provide a ‘workflow-centric’ solution for using our tools, but also a thought-leadership hub for our brokers to connect in,” says Jackson. Partners will also be kept up to date on what articles are “trending” within the tool, allowing them to see what other like-minded brokers are reading and utilizing in Zywave Home.
