The new enhancements take the stress out of benefits administration
Milwaukee, June 1, 2015 – Zywave, a leading provider of software solutions for insurance brokers, has released the second round of multiple scheduled enhancements to its HRconnection® online enrollment and benefits administration platform.
After the first phase of enhancements, which focused on simplified site setup and maintenance, the second phase now shifts attention to the benefits administrators and brokers, helping them easily prepare for open enrollment. Phase three, set to be released in August, will focus on the entire enrollment experience.

Set up member-rated plans with ease
“Managing the large rate tables associated with member-rated plans has become one of the top pain points we hear from brokers across the country,” says Michelle Jackson, product director. “We wanted to make it as simple as possible to set up these complex plans in HRconnection, saving our partners and their clients time during open enrollment setup.” Starting today, brokers can easily set up their member-rated plans in HRconnection with minimal manual entry.
Add historical elections in a snap
“Brokers have told us that employers need a simple way to display each employee’s historical elections within the site,” says Jackson. “Access to this type of information is beneficial both as a quick reference for the employer and as a tool to assist employees with decision-making during open enrollment.” With this release, brokers now have the ability to select applicable employees and enter their medical and dental elections from the previous year.
